Here at Gigi Trends, I decided it would only be fitting if I started a new series on the blog called Trend Predictions. Spotting trends is something I’ve always enjoyed, in fact, it’s a part of how I came up with Gigi Trends. To introduce this series, I’m going to be talking about a trend that’s been growing in the past few months: camouflage. I’ve seen a variety of camo pants and cropped tops all over my Instagram feed. With this series, I’m going to be talking about everything from fashion trends to beauty trends, and even, accessories. I’m going to do my research, browse through Instagram, and share my insights on some trends that are going to become something you’ll want to be apart of.
For this look, I decided to style my camo joggers with a pair of black booties and a white, halter crop top. This look is comfortable and chic, and it’s appropriate for numerous occasions.
To make the look more casual, style it with your favorite sneakers. Here, I’m wearing my white Adidas. This is a look that I’d wear on a regular basis. It would also look good with a neutral colored bodysuit or long sleeve top if you’re in a cold weather area. The most important thing to keep in mind when wearing a statement piece, like camo, is to keep it simple with the rest of your look.
Many stores are starting to come out with more camo pieces. If you check out @sydneylcarlson or @sofiajamora you’ll see the trend of camo pants in particular.
